Submachine gun for Eileen
(play from a cleared save with a 9 big stars or better ranking, pick it up in room 102 of the apartment on your first visit)

Nurse Uniform for Eileen
(2nd play through from a cleared save with Escape or Mother ending, get it in room 303 for your 2nd visit to the apartment, make sure you bring it to the final battle and cleared the game and Eileen must survive, i.e. get Escape or Mother ending again)

(got all 4 endings in a single save slot, not memory slot, and already got the Nurse costume of Eileen, select Nurse costume for Eileen and Cynthia will put on a special costume)

One Weapon Mode
(Finish the game at hard difficulty and get 10 big stars ranking, press right on D-pad when you select difficulty)

You will be presented a list of weapons lying on the floor at the subway stage, and you can pick only one of them, and the others will disappear after you picked one up. But there will be no more steel pipe and wine bottle inside the room since they are lying on the floor.

The weapons on the floor are : Steel pipe, Wine bottle, Stun gun, Aluminium bat, Shovel, Rusty axe, Bug spray, Richard’s revolver, Paper cutter, Pickaxe of Despair and Chainsaw

Full weapon & Auto replenishing supplies mode
(Cleared the weapon mode, press left on D-pad when you select difficulty)

Like the weapon mode, you will be presented a list of weapons when you reach the subway the 1st time, you can pick all of them. The steel pipe and wine bottle will still be inside the room.

The weapons on the floor are : Stun gun, Aluminium bat, Shovel, Rusty axe, Bug spray, Richard’s revolver, Paper cutter, Pickaxe of despair and Chainsaw

There will be 10 drinks in the fridge every time you return to the room

And 6 packs of bullets in the storage room every time you are back to the room

Saves screen after unlocking both modes

Cleaning the spirits of the room

You can use a Holy Candle or equip Henry the Saint Medallion to repel the spirits that intrude your room, for Holy Candle, put them close to the spot of the spirit, then stay at a safe distance and make sure you wait until the Holy Candle burnt out, the power will be retained if you wait, if you leave through the hole without waiting for them to burnt out, that same spot may have spirit coming again.
