The Game
Japanese PlayStation 2 version (VW216-J1/SLPM 65574) was released on June 17, 2004, the first batch contains an 8cm Kyodan mini CD. A Konami the best version (VW216-J2) was released on June 9, 2005.

US PlayStation 2 version (SLUS 20873) was released on September 7, 2004, pre-ordering bonus is a Limited edition sound track. A PC version (72301) and a X-BOX version (30031) were released on the same day.
PAL PlayStation 2 version (SLES 52445) was released on September 17, 2004, an X-BOX version (KN03150 E-KN) was released on the same day. A PC version was released on September 24, 2004.
